Alpha is a course very well known around the world. It provides a space you feel welcome and where you can ask any question without embarrassment.

After a chat with some refreshments, we watch one of the Alpha videos together, covering one of life's questions. We then discuss the theme together in small groups. There are no experts, all opinions are respected.

The course takes place over twelve sessions, normally at the central building, but sometimes in homes. Each session lasts two hours.
